Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days free, so you can connect your accounts and see real profit per ad before you pay.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who can sign in and work in Pulse: owners, admins and media buyers. People who only need to look at the numbers can join as viewers for free.
How do AI credits work?
One credit is $0.01. Each analysis uses credits based on the AI model and how much data it reads. An analysis on the fast model usually takes 1 credit; the sharper model takes about 5. Your plan's credits refresh every month, and credits you buy last 12 months.
Do I have to use AI?
No. Pulse tracks profit per ad without it. AI is there when you want a second opinion, and you only pay for what you run beyond your included credits.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing breaks and we never stop tracking your calls. We let you know, and if you stay over for a couple of months we suggest the plan that fits.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
Is my data private?
Your data is yours and only your team sees it. Pulse AI receives rounded totals per ad, hour, state and buyer, never phone numbers or call IDs.
